Near perfect product. Does great holding 5ml test tubes as intended, while using. Also its nice to have a place to dry/store tubes while not in use. Holds six tubes. Only thing needed is a place to store tube caps.

I am ordering a 2nd holder so I have 1 for my indoor fish tanks & 1 for my outdoor pond. By far 1 of the best purchases Ive made for my fish hobby. Saves time, prevents spills & inaccurate drop count, it doesnt take up much space to store, & it has an elephant on the side!

When only doing two tanks this is great! You can use a dry erase marker on it to mark which tank is which. And we love how it dries the tubes only wished it also had nubs for the lids too. For things to possibly look at in the future maybe doing larger ones for multiple tanks. We have 8 tanks ourselves and sometimes I like to do all my tanks at once to make it easier lol.

This is a great little test tube rack that fits the API aquarium test tubes perfectly. Many previous reviews mentioned that the drying posts were useless as the older design allowed no air flow into the inverted tubes for them to dry. This newer design has apparently added a riser on one side of the posts to lift the tubes off the base to allow for that air flow. But, as some other reviewers had also mentioned, the six staggered positions are not in the best configuration. It would be nice to have a straight line of holes, with spaces in between, so that water parameters can be read against the reference card without removing them from the rack. As is it, the tubes cannot be easily aligned with, or compared to, a reference card held behind. Future design should have a straight line of appropriately spaced holes, and a post in the back so that the reference card can be held in place behind the tubes for easy reading. Still, a nicely made tube rack for API test tubes.

I love it. I can set the tubes in the stand while for the test to reach the time. No more falling over, or chasing them acrossthe table. Its great, if u test for anything this is a must.

This test tube holder allows me to do multiple testing on multiple aquarium setups without risk of the vial being knocked over. It is so very helpful, I don’t know how I went so long without one of these. Fits the API 5ml test tubes perfectly.
