What an absolutely fabulous product. It’s one of my favorite pieces of furniture in my house. Absolutely indispensable in the shower. I can’t believe we live so long without it. Please please though before using this beautiful piece of furniture, like any other wood, please treat. I used a inexpensive teak oil which I also got on Amazon. Highly recommend A++++

Looks amazing in our new shower

I finallty bit the bullet and bought what I thought was a top of the line bench; I have had a few in the past. In the box with the bench I found not one, but 2 postcards begging to be a five star company and asking to let them know FIRST if there was an issue. I did this, even sending pictures of the puddles on the bench. No reply afor days. As a company they are very defensive. Lip service at its best. My bench leaves a puddle that remains all day. By the next morning my shower smells, and not a pleasant smel at that. In so many words I was told,,,this has never happened before. I should dry the bench daily. I should ventilate my bathroom. (ventilate? does this mean open the windows in 30 degree weather so my porecious bench can dry? Even if it means I get out of the shower and freeze?). I should tilt the bench when I am done in the shower to allow the water to roll off. They said that if the floor was leverl, this might be the issue? I did not pay a premium for my house to have floors that are not level to accommnodate a bench. Thet are asking me to give this bench more attention than anybody has ever given me. In the meantime, I have never had this happen to a teak bench before and I have also never paid this premium price before. They ended by saying they hope this information helps? It didnt, not even a little. All they did was shift the blame to me as though I had no i idea what I was talking about. My only option is to pack it up and ship it back but undortubnately I have too mych going on that is far more urgent than unassembling a bench and shipping it back. Never again will I purchase anything from Aqua Teak. Customer service is #1 for me and they have none.

This bench has been working out great so far. Keep it in the large shower enclosure. Was easy to assemble and very sturdy.
