Aqueduck Faucet Extender, Gray

As advertised, the faucet extender is really easy to put on and take off, which makes it convenient to move from sink to sink. Coupled with a stool, our 18 month old son can now wash his hands all by himself, which he and I both love. The only minor negative thing is that the yellow part is easily pulled off of the blue base, and most of the time my son just wants to do that instead of rinse his hands. Its really easy to put back on so its not a big deal, but Id prefer it to be one piece so he wouldnt be distracted. Overall, definitely a good buy!

Flexible enough to fit any kind of bathroom faucet, this faucet extender now brings the flow of water closer so my toddler can wash her hands without my having to hold her.

Getting my toddler to wash his hands used to be a struggle. I had to juggle holding him while scrubbing his hands all at once. Now he gets up on his step stool and can wash all by himself. I would definitely recommend for anyone with toddlers. Plus this also cuts down on the water pressure so he cant spray water all over.

Our bathroom faucet in our RV barely got over the sink causing water to often go on the counter instead of the sink, so we added this faucet extender. It works GREAT! The stream is a little different coming off the extender but it is easy to get used to. Highly recommended!!!

When i first got this I wished someone had told me about this before! The aqueduct faucet extender is a great tool for my toddlers. I used it for my first kid and am using it again for my second. My child doesnt have to go on his tiptoes anymore to reach the water in the sink, and i dont need to use a stool that would be too tall for her, because you know a tall stool is not that safe anyway, in case the child looses balance. The only bad thing of it that I could think of is that the silicone part of the piece will eventually get moldy, but then again I need to point out that I did not take out the piece frequently for cleaning or maintenance, I just left it there.

Makes using the sink for my toddler so much easier! We have an oddly curved faucet and it fits no problem and doesnt move around. Im extremely happy with this product! My wife saw some ideas on pinterest that didnt work out as well and certainly didnt look as nice. I definitely recommend it...oh and my toddler loves to play in the water in the sink...he loves that he can reach the water with this and has to be physically removed from his stool to get hime to stop playing in the water...that part isnt so great but its nice that we can properly teach him to wash his hands because he can reach the water coming from the faucet.

A must have with little children. Easy to use.

Update:3/14/16-Im compelled to review this again because Im on the market for a different brand. Although I purchased this item a while ago, it immediately developed black mold on it. Right on the base where the yellow plastic meets the blue rubber. Ive soaked it in water with bleach. Tried all sorts of chemicals, even tried vinegar and it lightened up but came back and then never went away. It looks very disgusting and unsightly and Im sure its very unsafe. What can I do to fix it beside ordering a brand new one? Previous review---I like it but I wish it would hold on tighter. It doesnt slide off, but I feel like its too lose and I constantly have to adjust it so it doesnt point down. I need it to point out so the water could extend to the max. Works great along with the aqueduck faucet handle extender for little ones who are not tall enough even with a stool.

When I received this, I thought oh no this isnt going to work. I took my 22 month twins into the bathroom to wash they hands and brush their teeth. My daughter was so happy that the water reached her and did well using this product. Then my son tried it out and he pushed the lever part down while the water was going, it sprung up like a rubber band and the water hit the ceiling. This was just what I expected him to do. I thought this is going to create more work for me. But instead, we started teaching him no to touch the faucet extender and as he got used to it (about a week) the mess slowly stopped. Overall this product does what it is supposed to by bringing the water closer to my kids so I dont have to lift them up from the stool to the sink. In that regards, it has been a lifesaver.

The aqueduck faucet extended was delivered on February 18, 2017. I loved it and my 3.5 year old daughter also loved it since she could reach the faucet and felt grown up. I read the reviews about people finding mold so I did remove the aqueduck at least once a day to either air dry or hand wash and then air dry. So I was disappointed that I found two tears in the rubber at the beginning of June, after just having the product for 3.5 months. I emailed Aqueducks customer service directly (couldnt find the information on Amazon) before I went to bed and when I woke up in the morning I had an email waiting for me, asking what color replacement I wanted and my mailing address. Alex emailed me on June 23. The replacement was delivered (to Hawaii where it always takes longer for mail to arrive) on June 29. Talk about amazing customer service!!! Great product! I love the fact that its not made in China. The aqueduck helps my daughter be more independent. Yes, it can be used to spring the water all over (Ive accidentally hit it and water HAS gone all over) so hopefully your child doesnt play with it. The aqueduck is very easy to remove and put back on. Buy it, you wont regret it! Its a great product and their customer service is awesome.
