I did not like anything about this product. Scratches and cracks in the surface of cups. Have to use extra light colors so it doesn’t come through on black surface. Didn’t turn white at all

u still can see the image through the black and the cup doesnt turn white it turns a greyish brown color very disappointed i cant sell these cup i sublimate on them and they are worth buying again

I love how they were packaged. I was fearful that some would be broken and to my surprise NONE WERE BROKEN. I recommend and I will definitely be ordering more

Was delighted to find these after looking and rejecting many alternatives. Light, easy to hold, good capacity and classic in shape.Very pleased.

Its like they missed coating the edges, I thought at first maybe it was my technique but no after 4 mugs - the edges (bottom and top) just dont sublimate well. AVOID!

I am not new to sublimation. I sublimated drinkware often. I either got a bad batch or these are not meant for sublimation.

Used them to make gifts for nieces and nephews. They worked great!

I use Cosmo inks for sublimation and it did very nice at 400° 260secs (used my Amazon mug press). Then i slowly dip it in a warm water bath so it can stop cooking. Turned out great.

Ive had great luck subbing with these mugs. 400 for 3 min in mug press.
