Arches Watercolor Block, Cold Press 10X14

I already love Arches Watercolor block, easy to use, keeps the paper from wrinkling when wet, and is the better price for this type of paper which only certain watercolor techniques will work. Like larger size, too.

Its absolutely the best you can buy for watercolor!

I mistakenly criticized this product just a few minutes ago regarding buckling which occurred because I removed the first two sheets from the block before painting, pre stretching the second sheet after having trouble with first. However I’m not thrilled about trying to paint on a pile sheets stuck together

Paper makes such a difference. This paper is consistently good for watercolor

Paper is good quality and glued edges hold well, but still release easily when its time to take the top sheet off. I have used Arches blocks for years.

Im still a beginner at watercolors, but this paper is definitely the best Ive used so far. The paper absorbs the paint nicely and colors bloom perfectly. I love the block format of this paper as well. It prevents it from buckling when really wet.

I bought this for my daughter in law for Christmas. she needed better paper and she is very happy with this paper.
