Greater than one weekI have only used Arctic Silver 5 since my Phenom X6 1100T. Next my 6700K. And finally my 1080 GTX Evga SC which I water cooled with a G12 kraken bracket and a kraken X42. Amazing performance. Believe it or not the spreader is the best part being able to apply it evenly on the die.
