Greater than one weekPicked up for learning purposes as well as for fun. Electronics have been a hobby for a long time now and I wanted to go further than just simple projects. There is so much online support for open source hardware that if you get stuck someone may be able to help you out.

> 3 dayThe board comes certified Arduino built in Italy, so it is legit. The boarditselfisamazing. Compared to the bread and butter UNO R3, this board is much smaller of a profile then the UNO. The MicroUSB is so convent and nice to have. It slims down the overall profile of the board and means I now have more options for cables and so forth.

> 3 dayFrom the best I can tell this is a genuine Arduino. Works fine and does what they say it can do. The nice thing about the Leonardo is that you can set up the USB interface to look like a HID (keyboard or mouse etc.)

Greater than one weekSo far it has behaved like my DUO when i select the board type to leonardo from the program. Runs all my code and shields the same way so far. Just about what you want to use to interface with your PC i guess. Came in Italian retail packing. Got stickers and a great working board. can handle some high heat devices like adafruits neopixel shield with just 9V barrel plugged in. Gets real hot itself though too.
