It is made of a hard shell that it holds up its shape despite being placed in one of the external pockets and being banged around with the bag. These seem great. I got new goggles and wanted to protect them. These are a good size. They have drain holes and a clip so I can clip them to my bag. Happy with my purchase.

The zipper didnt even last 3 months. Disappointing that the Arena brand isnt any better made than the cheaper knockoffs.
