Easy to use

One thing I did not like is the push rods insert into crankshaft. No tapered end piece on pusher to keep pusher away from crankshaft threads. had to modify setup to ensure threads of crankshaft were kept safe. I do like the compact design though.

We struggled for 2 days trying to get harmonic balancer off and tried heating to it was red hot. We broke 3 tools and could not get it off. It took 10 minutes to get it off with this tool. Highly recommend getting this. We also got the fly wheel tool to secure the fly wheel which I would recommend to buy together. If you do engine repairs this should be in your tool box

The 1st and only time I used it one of the extensions for the crankshaft bent.

Easy to use and built well. I only use it on GM generation 3-4 engines so have no other direct experience but it works excellent on the LS engines.

It worked fine but the long road bent the first time of use.

Worked as advertised, good quality. Pulled the balancer/crank pulley off my 5.3 LS with no problems. I wish i had bought this tool first instead of messing around with other rigged up tries. Worth the $40, even if i only use it the one time.

this tool made removing the harmonic balancer a piece of cake. A very nice kit.
