It was easy to replace the brush and it was firm. I enjoyed the new brush.

As expected

I had trouble connecting the head tot he brush so badly that I returned a previous order. I had to be quite aggressive and run the toothbrush a bit before the head began to move.

Great cleaning toothbrush. Deep cleans, teeth and gums feel great, breath is fresh, better then a regular brush
