This item is fantastic for shrugs and hands up gestures during Presidential addresses. Because of its thin yet sturdy construction, you can hardly see Stephen Miller manipulating the puppet or its arms.

Do what theyre supposed to do but way too expensive! Cost almost as much as the puppet!
