This bag was a little smaller than I had envisioned and smelled a little funky; most likely from the dyes used. Otherwise this would be a 5-star bag. The construction is very rugged and can carry a lot of weight; heavyweight canvas and very sturdy stitching make this my go to outdoors pack for books, computer, art stuff. I love the pockets and overall construction.

I love the fact that I can hold quite a bit of thing in it.

Im a bag junkie. I cant have enough bags, and therefore have become a bit of snob about bags. This isnt the end all be all of bags, but this is a great, simple shoulder bag. The material is tough, the seams are well done, and i expect this to last for quite a while. There is no zipper for the main compartment, but the fold over flap should provide adequate protection except in extended time in the worst conditions. Other than the fact that its not made in the USA, this bag is great, and at a great price.

I have had this bag for 2 years now. I stopped using it as frequently after half a year.

I really like this bag. It is sturdy, heavy canvas. It has a worn frayed look that I find appealing. The side pockets are perfect for phones. There are 2 front pockets under the flap and one large compartment with a small hanging zippered compartment inside that is about 6x4. The Velcro works fine to close but it isnt very secure. The bag is floppy when empty. I wish the top flap had some kind of bar across to keep the shape when worn. It will sag in the middle. Otherwise its great, and the price is great also.

Ive been using this bag daily for a few months now to transport my laptop and other work materials between home and the office. Its fantastic. The material is very durable, the stitching seems to be high quality, and it is the perfect size for what I use it for. Ive also received numerous compliments on the bag from colleagues. The bag seems durable enough that I expect it to last a while, even under daily use, but when it does eventually wear out I will buy the same one again. You cant go wrong with a great bag like this at a very reasonable price.

I like the bag, though it is on the heavy side (its in the name, so I should have known!)
