I am using this as a sewing box. The compartments keep the small items in orderly separation. It appears about the right size for threads, needles, pins, pin cushion, name labels, hem tape, bobbins, measuring tape, spare buttons, safety pins, and other paraphernalia that one uses. The contents are easy to find within the box.

I purchased two of these ArtBins at the same time and I just love them! I am kind of an organization freak when it comes to my sewing supplies so these were the perfect solution for me. In one I have all my threads broken out by color (yea call me crazy but it works for me) and in the other I have assorted sewing items, extra needles, seam tape, extra bobbins, just to name a few. This bin is also so versitile that you can remove dividers and make spaces larger if you need them to be. I love how its clear so all I have to do is look in and see what I have or what I might need more of. If you like to keep your stash organized I highly recommend this item.

I have purchased probably 20 of these and they are nice but currently they are listed for $33 and that is too expensive. When I purchased them they where $19. Wait for the price to come down! My rating is for the product but I am bummed the price is too hight now as I wanted to buy more.

Bought this along with Art Bin Super Satchel Thread Tray for my serger thread. Works great - love having all my threads in order and easily accessible. I love this box for my fabric scraps! I have them divided by size and color and I really dont know why I didnt order them before! They are a bit pricy if you ask me, but when comparing it to like products the prices are similar so probably just my wishful thinking!

After looking at many storage options for my markers, I decided on the ArtBin Super Satchel Double Deep. It arrived, and I installed the four trays holding 60 markers each that had to be purchased separately. I put all the markers in the container and was thrilled until I shut the lid. The lid shuts, but the sides of the tote do not stay in place in the lid. The trays put enough pressure on the plastic bin that they bow out. The lid stays latched, but the container seems less than stable, with the lid not sitting properly over the entire bin. I am disappointed with the outcome of this purchase

It’s a bit flimsy, especially for the price. I was expecting something more rigid. The dividers don’t click into place so they move around a tad and have space underneath at the bottom. It was also slightly damaged upon arrival. One of the channels the dividers slide into was broken off at the top. If I saw this in a store I would not have bought it. But it’s here and I need a place to keep my seeds so I’ll use it until I can find something better.

I use this to store all my coloring media. I purchase the marker trays to put inside the bin to hold my markers and pens. I would have given this ArtBin a five star, but the claps that keeps the case close keeps popping off when locking them down.

Although this is a very deep container, many of my markers wont stand up because they are too tall, but I was able to design the box so they can lay down and some can stand upright.

Im not using this for art supplies. Im using this for storage of makeup and skin care products. Ive been looking for a box that would let me separate the moisturizers from the eyeliners and nail polishes, etc. The dividers to me are a little flimsy but works for my purpose. Im thinking of buying another that I can use for sewing notions.
