> 3 dayI am a DIY painter for small equipment and farm equipment. I dont do showroom quality paint jobs nor do I paint base/clear coat. I use thick rustoleum style paints and this gun is perfect for that. It uses a little more pressure than an HVLP but in my opinion you need that when using thicker paints like enamels. All the parts come well greased so pulling the trigger is easy and smooth. The paint cup is slightly smaller than what I am use to at only 24 oz but the weight savings is nice. This is the only Astro gun I have but I wouldnt have any issue buying another based upon using this gun.
