So my old air compressor I used to carry around was not digital, was much bigger, and kind of annoying to lug around. This, by comparison, is smaller, digital, and fairly easy to use. The fact that it comes with both a battery and an auxiliary socket power adapter is a nice bonus incase the portable battery happens to be dead. Running on battery power, I can just easily walk to each wheel without being tethered by a lengthy power cord to the inside of a car that has to be on. I used it to check my tire pressure and as it turns out, the dealer (who recently did a TPMS sensor recall on my car) had overinflated my tires. Not having to have a separate tire pressure gauge and compressor is also a nice plus (the pressure sensor in my old compressor was very inaccurate) and the quick connect/release is a blessing. Overall, I really like the design and function of this and give it high marks. It has earned a spot as the permanent replacement for my old compressor.

Like many newer cars, ours lacks a spare tire and, instead, includes only a 12v compressor. Sadly, the tires are always losing air no matter how many times we take it in for repair So, the included compressor gets used — and cursed at for its flaws. This battery operated compressor is a huge improvement. Most importantly, I don’t have to fool around with wires and cigarette lighter sockets (unless I use the included 12v adapter instead of the battery). Next, it’s automatic. I can set it for a precise pressure, start it and go sit in the car until it stops. There are several presets, plus it uses the most recent setting if different. All four tires come out exactly the same without any fooling around. My tpms reads two psi lower than the compressor setting and I don’t know yet which is correct, but I’ll figure it out. It charges and pumps slower than I hoped (but not slower than any other 12v compressor I have used), but the time saved by not having to adjust the pressure or stand outside monitoring it more than compensates. The screen is easy to read and the settings are simple and obvious. There is always room for improvement and this compressor is no different. I would like to see a compact case or sack to protect it. I also would like it if the accessory connectors could be secured by clipping onto or screwing into the casing. (It looks like something like that was contemplated but not actually accomplished. There is a place to clip the hose. There are a few other fittings but they aren’t really secure.) The 20v battery looks remarkably like a Dewalt, but sadly it is not identical, so I cannot substitute batteries/chargers I already have. No doubt there are legal reasons for this. The battery, however, is lithium and will receive such light use that it should outlast the car. If the battery eventually fails, there is always the 12v adapter.

This is a cool little like compressor. It comes with several adapters you might need to blow up a variety different things and is easily packed in a car. It inflates pretty fast and when using the presets wont allow you to over inflate. This has been a great find I only wish it came with a case.

We have a brand name cordles tire inflator similar to this one. Our granddaughter loves ours so much and wanted one like it. I ordered this AstroAl Cordles Tire inflator and I must say I am impressed with its performance. It comes with a battery that charges with a USBC type charger, or you can just attach the charger part that goes directly into the cars lighter. It took me about 7 minutes to get a 13lb flat tire up to 36lbs. It also shut off exactly at 36lbs! It has a digital readout so you can see its progress. It is also hands free so you dont have to stand there and hold the tire inflator all of those minutes. So far, this tire inflator is better than my named brand tire inflator because of all the added features. Of course it comes with attachments for your bikes and balls. I love this tire inflator!

This air compressor is a great tool to have in case of an emergency. You can set your desired pressure and the compressor will turn off automatically when it gets to that point. It’s cordless and handsfree, so it’s very convenient. Having a rechargeable battery is a huge plus, but it can also run by plugging into the cigarette lighter, so it’s versatile, too. It’s heavy duty and seem like it should hold up well. I’m happy to recommend this product.

Portable Tire Inflator Right out of the box this tire inflator looked good. PROS: I liked the option of using the rechargeable lithium battery or switching the battery for the car cigarette lighter option. I tried both methods, checking and topping off my car tires. Worked as advertised. Lots of air filling accessories for fill pool rafts and basket/footballs. Like I said, using the car’s cigarette lighter option makes it a much more portable. CONS: Only con I to me was the information/instruction booklet. It is small. It had all the information about the inflator and basic usage, I would have liked a little more detail. The step-to-step instructions could use more specific instructions. That said, I am some one who likes more information. Recommendation: I would recommend this for beginners (who carefully read the instructions) to experienced gadget users. Worked as advertised right out of the box.

I like this tire inflator so much that I bought a second one for my SUV. I have a big expensive compressor I keep in my RV, but it has to be connected to the battery of the RV which is great if I have to top off all the tires. If I just want to top of a tire or two, this small tire inflator is perfect. Much quicker as it has a battery, or you can use the cigarette lighter adapter. There are 4 modes and the PSI is saved, so I have one set for the RV, one for my car, one for my motorcycle and one for my bicycles. I quickly filled one RV tire from 66psi to 80psi and the inflator didnt feel very hot. Very happy with it.

The portable tire inflator is very light weight. It comes with a rechargeable battery and a battery that plugs into the cars lighter port. Both slide off very easily. The instructions are easy to read and understand. There is a diagram that tells where everything is. Upon taking the inflator out of the box for the first time and just messing with it without looking at the instructions, it was really hard to tell what was the on/off button and what the other buttons were for because they are black on black. Some contrasting color would have helped with that, also if you are trying to use it in the dark you wont be able to read what button is what. However it is pretty self explanatory whatever button you chose. One turns on a flash light which is wonderful, the other is the on/off button, two are for more or less air and the last one is settings. Overall I am very pleased with the item. A carrying case would have been nice to put everything in too.

This portable inflator works fine and is convenient to hold and use to blow up tires, soccer balls or anything that needs air. It comes with all the tip adapters you will need and the fact that its cordless with a 20V battery makes it very convenient if youre not near an A/C outlet. It also has a 12V cigarette lighter adapter so you can run it off your cars accessory port. It has a USB-C connector to charge the battery and comes with a USB-C to USB-A charging cord but it doesnt come with the wall charger which you will have to purchase separately or borrow one from your cell phone. The lack of a charger and the fact that it doesnt come with a carrying case to store everything in, prevent me from giving it a 5-star rating.

I got this tire inflator because I live in an urban environment where there are fewer and fewer gas stations nearby -- and even fewer still that have functioning tire-inflation stations. Or you need about a dozen quarters to use a pump for one minute, and then it stops. But I also figured I might need to use the inflator for purposes other than just my car tires, so I wanted it to have an alternate power source. This product comes with a rechargeable battery, or you can use a cable to connect it to the cigarette lighter in your car. I charged the battery, and started reading the instructions. What wasnt clear (maybe only to me) is that in order to use the battery pack, you first have to push a button and slide off the attachment at the bottom of the inflator that has the cable car charger on it. Then you replace that attachment with the battery pack. Press the button to turn it on, toggle through the modes (the first one is bicycle mode), press the + or - keys to raise or lower your intended PSI goal. Then press the trigger on the handle to start inflating. Its fast... and loud. But it gets the job done. I was going to keep it in my trunk, however, its larger than expected. You certainly cant take it with you on a biking trip. This is ideal to take with you if youre going on a long car trip and you might be far from a gas station tire inflator if you need one. Its also really handy at home if you need to inflate an air bed, a raft, or something else thats large, and you dont want to pump the air manually.
