> 3 dayAfter a month and a half of use as flight simulator pc, a half dozen keys (plus the space bar) went dead. Multiple attempts to fix by restarts did not fix the problem. Finally unplugging, letting sit for a bit and restart did fix it, but I returned it-seemed risky to hold onto. Not happy about being charged an $80 restocking fee

> 3 dayExcelente notebook, utilizava um Macbook Air M1, gosto muito da mobilidade do Macbook, porem em relação a jogos é bem limitado, buscando por algo parecido encontrei o Zephyrus G14. Pesando cerca de 1.6kg e com um hardware excelente foi um ótimo substituto ao M1, a bateria no G14 em um trabalho que faço baseado em web com 3 abas do Chrome aberta chega a durar 8 a 10 horas, porem diferente do M1 em tarefas mais pesadas fora da bateria como uma edição de vídeo pode reduzir pra cerca de 3 horas. Realizando alguns tweaks como desabilitar boost do processador na bateria e colocar o processador em 99%, consigo utiliza-lo no modo silent com temperaturas de 40 graus. Em jogos utilizando o modo manual consigo um bom fps e temperaturas na faixa de 70 a 85 graus. Gostei muito do teclado e principalmente do touchpad no qual não senti muita diferença em relação ao do Mac. Em geral recomendo para o publico que busca um notebook leve mas que entrega uma boa potencia e bateria.

> 3 dayJust got my pc.. opened it - box incloud only a power supply..,and did some first configurations. Delivery was quick,about a week! PC look great and first configurations and impression of working with it went great! Only wish packed came with more features..like an ethernet dongle,or a leptop sleeve or something. All and all Im happy with this purchase and with amazon service!

> 3 dayApesar do meu medo sobre algumas reclamações sobre a loja Happy Ranger, arrisquei e comprei essa belezinha que apesar do tamanho tem muito poder de fogo. A caixa dele chegou dentro de outra caixa bem maior e sem plastico bolha, ou espuma, me pergunto se saiu desde a Amazon assim? Poderia ter danificado, mas graças a Deus chegou com as especificações que eu pedi 1Tera de armazenamento, e 24GB de memoria ram. Excelente tela, com um ótimo brilho, bateria dura bastante se configurar do jeito certo! Qualidade de som òtima também. Pena que a loha Happy Ranger sumiu daqui da amazon!

> 3 dayAfter a few months that I had the laptop the screen just shut down without any reason whatsoever, I was frustrated and tried to reach amazon and now Im waiting for a refund for so long that it doesnt make any sense I regret this purchase so much and now Im empty handed after chasing the costumer service for a refund for so long. I really expected amazon to be more afficiant and productive to their clients. Im really dissapointed and upset.
