Have owned laptop for just over a year, vertical blue line through screen showed up the minute the warranty ran out and Asus wants to charge $85 just to ship the laptop to them so they can quote a repair price. Wont buy their products again, this is the second laptop of theirs Ive had that required repairs at only a year old and Im not hard on my laptops at all.

Para Photoshop, ilustrador, programación web, está excelente y sobrada. Para juegos quizás sea buena pero los ventiladores son ahhhhh muuuy ruidosos, cuidado con eso de las temperaturas típicas de amd. Para renderizado está decente no excelente pero saca la chamba igual, con ventiladores al 100 de trabajo y con mucho calor, recomendaría algún cooler para dichas tareas.

This laptop is great value, and for about 30 bucks or less you can find an extra 8gb stick of ram on amazon to put into the laptop. This would give you 16gb of dual channel ram. The other great feature is this laptop has space for an extra ssd. Some versions (mine did not) have a extra m.2 slot as well as the ssd drive space! This amount of upgradability is wonderful.

Battery didn’t last long so gotta keep it plugged in all the time. The fan is loud and in silent mode doesn’t really do much “cooling” so either performance or turbo is the best route.
