I have a chrome book and after getting this laptop I feel like I made a terrible decision. Its so slow to process anything . The visual quality is sub par and the touch pad is not good either. Spend the extra 50$ and get the chrome book

I ordered this to travel with. The computer arrived fast and set up was really simple. Well, until I tried to download a couple of non MicroSoft (MS) apps and even Facebook. The windows S mode does not allow you to down load any apps that are not from MS. And it would not allow me to down load Facebook even from the MS store. The fix was a bit painful. I took win 11 out of S mode, did a reboot, etc. Still not able to down load non-MS apps or Facebook from the MS store. Searching the net, I found some people had success by reloading Win 11 after taking it out of S mode. I did that, downloaded 11 from the cloud, rebooted and everything is now working fine. Would I recommend this a as basic laptop. You bet!

If you are on a strict budget this is not a bad machine. If you want to teach someone patience this is an excellent machine. Good starter computer for kids. Now I bought this believing it was a new machine. When I tried to register with ASUS I was informed it had already been registered which says this is a used machine. I am not pleased with that. For streaming and simple tasks this is a good machine. It does not multitask that well. Also the screen is a bit small for gmail if you have the emails and the preview screen open together. If you open each mail individually you’ll probably be ok. Very light so good for travel and the battery seems to last fairly long even when streaming. The 128Gb of storage should be good for lost especially if you use a cloud storage service.

The operating system is trash. You can not even connect to the internet

I didnt like the small screen. Tiny, but fast internet. Great web surfing. Internet, comes with office 365

Received this laptop today for my fiancé and I must say it’s not a bad laptop! Normally in this price range, you’d expect to only find cheap Chromebooks but this has Windows 11 (Not S Mode) and for only having 4gb Ram, it still runs great!! East to setup and downloaded all updates, no issues so far! Highly recommend!!!

Ive had this thing for 2 days, and boy can I ever use Microsoft Edge and Spotify at the same darn time. For a $200 laptop, you can do basic stuff in a browser. You can bring this baby anywhere and it has a battery that lasts kind of pretty much a long time. Chrome is a little too much for it, so Im getting acquainted with Microsoft Edge. Its enough to do basic business or student work on. If thats what you want, then by golly thats what youve got. Im taking this thing to the creek and working from home with a fold up chair and my toes in the water. I can write articles, design using Canva, and build websites in Wordpress while listening to music, which is all I need. Thank you, ASUS, for this tiny, tiny affordable laptop that is only good for work stuff. Thats exactly what I was looking for!

For the money, this little laptop works well

Screen pixels are very low and the processor is very slow. It would be a pain to use it if you’ve been Macs.
