> 3 dayGreat laptop overall, especially for the price. The battery life seems a bit inconsistent and the speakers arent very powerful, which is why I knocked a star off. Otherwise, though, its light, fast, and performs consistently. I bought it two months ago and use it mainly for work (browsing the web/Microsoft Office/Acrobat).

> 3 dayVery great computer for the cost, could never run any large downloads or games but handles small systems fine & is perfect for school work. Good storage, adequate battery life, very lightweight to carry around & a clear bright screen.

> 3 dayI was once a MacBook user but after paying all of that money for them to break after a few years, I went with something cheaper that I can use for light use. It’s only use is for work. It is fast enough, has a solid battery, and the screen quality is nice. I’ve been using it for over a month and I’m really enjoying it.

> 3 dayYou just want to mind your own business and use this laptop right away? Nope. Immediately upon powering on the computer, youll have to go through the mandatory Wifi connection in order to create a very intrusive Microsoft Outlook account that will ask for two email addresses, your name, and DOB. It is impossible to complete the setup process if you dont have access to WiFi and it is not possible to skip any of the these steps. Finally, the description shows that this Laptop comes with Windows 10 but the computer automatically upgrade to Windows 11 during the initial setup. And again, you dont have any other choice.

> 3 dayThis is my third laptop from Amazon because I thought it was defective...nope, thats apparently the quality of volume now. I do zoom calls daily and the volume sounds like it is at 65% at its very loudest. My old Asus was awesome, perfect! But used it in grad school and it was time to get a new one. I tried to buy the closest I could, but I am all sp disappointed. I have to have headphones now to listen to any video, music, do a zoom call, etc.
