After 8m, battery runs out fast and I only use this computer for my photography. The computer gets slow even though my storage isnt no where near the limit it promises. But other than those 2 big nos, it gets the work done.

Super fast laptop, very happy with the performance.

I use this for college. The backlit keyboard is very handy.

Computer is good for my needs. Fast enough etc.. My problem is that when I connect it to an external monitor (TCL TV) via HDMI cable it often crashes and I have to hold down the power button and restart it in order to get it back up and working. I have looked at all the settings and everything seems OK with them and I have tried a different HDMI cable but it still crashes. It also shuts down instead of going to sleep sometimes. The startup screen says In Search of Excellence. I guess they need to keep searching.

My old HP lap tops hard drive died. My new Asus starts and shuts down instantly! Quiet, good looking and light. After almost three weeks I have no complaints. Backlit keys are a greater benefit than I expected. Great value!

I love this thing. Works perfectly for a novelist.

well I liked the old one so much I became a repeat offender, yep I just love it and if you are in a dimly lit room, the keyboard lights up

Super ligero, muy buena laptop para viajes o escuela, debido a su peso minimo y su hardware muy duradero, comodo y visualmente bonito. La recomiendo para personas que no necesiten un equipo de ultima generacion, si no un equipo para estudiar o trabajar desde otro lugar. Como comentario adicional, su cargador es muy ligero y facil de transportar, esto sin mencionar que carga la computadora al 100% en 30min.

I bought this computer just for school, since my other laptop broke and this would arrive the quickest. Its fine for school, since I only need Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word, Access) for school. And for light things like browsing the internet. But as soon as you start downloading games, the storage fills up quickly (youre only given 118 usable GB). I dont consider myself much of a gamer, but I do play some fairly light games and only 1 game that is maybe a bit more consuming. I can play Smite (an online game) quite fine, without much lagg (it laggs for about 1 minute if Im streaming while playing music on youtube, but then it stops lagging). The graphics definitely look a little granulated on the corners of some of the game characters, but it still looks fairly good. The screen itself also has a sort of faded look to it. Like the lighting is a little strange or maybe the screen is cheap. It has that dusty look to it, sort of like those old computers we had to use in elementary school. So when you look at the price, realize that this is reflected in the screen quality, display quality, and usable storage amount. But as a college student on a budget, this allows me to get my assignments done which is the most important thing to me.
