> 3 dayScreen was flickering from the very first moment I opened the laptop. I had to return it right away, simply unacceptable to get a product with such a problem.

> 3 dayMe and my husband bought one for each of this laptop and shortly after we got it we had to come back to our country and we started noticing that the screen gets blurred constantly and we need to restart the laptop. Sometimes my screen goes completely black and I have to restart it.

> 3 dayHad this computer for 11 week. Purchased for my daughter for college. One month into classes the screen began failing. Diagnosed by their Customer Service as defective screen connection, and they offer no option for a loaner PC while repairs are made. They also offer no option for refunds. I explained this is being used for college and my daughter cannot be without a computer for 2 weeks - they didnt care and said I could complain to the CEOs office.

> 3 dayI was excited to get this computer on Prime Day. I got a great deal and thought it was well worth the price. I read a lot of reviews and that all seemed great. When I got the computer and turn it on there was nothing - just a blank screen. I did a hard reset, but still nothing. I hooked up an external monitor and found that the computer was on and set at the initial get-started screen. When I clicked Enter, to see if it was operational, nothing!
