> 3 dayI am not sure if I got a refurb. It was part of a daily deal and when I received them the box was not sealed (is that normal?), but the box and headphones looked pristine. The sound is really weird and unsatisfying. There is no soundstage and the sound is very boring and all over the place with weird separation. The worst part is the high end it actually irritates me to no end hear the modified high end on almost all recordings (especially distorted guitars and vocalist with gravely voices). I guess I will return and see if it is just the pair I have or if really an issue with these headphones. I am extremely disappointed as all the reviews seemed to be so positive. I really dont get it. I have much lower priced headphones that are much more enjoyable (e.g. JVC HA-RX700 $40). I also have more expensive headphones that are way better (Phillips Fidelio X1). I even tried with iPhone 6, 160G iPod, and with Fiio E11 amp and still terrible! Actually, I think everyone who thinks they love these headphones should try the Phillips Fidelio X1 or X2 and tell me if they dont see the difference in pure musical enjoyment for all genres and no amp required.

> 3 dayWell balanced lows, midrange, and highs. Comfortable to wear. Very little to no outside noise. I was amazed by the quality. For the price, you just can not go wrong with this product.

> 3 dayHEHEHEHEHE so these headphones are pretty god-damn great. Theyre comfortable, but they do start to exhaust you if you wear em for extended periods of time. They fold in...so many different ways. Pretty sure these bitches took 12 years of ballet. The case it comes in is sort of bulky but its basically a suit of armor. I wouldnt really be worried if I dropped it off a roof onto concrete.

> 3 daySimply the best sounding headphones under $300 money can buy. Period. And this is not only my opinion - every audiophile magazine, website or list says the same!

> 3 dayBest headphones I have ever had, this is my second pair I broke the others (my own fault not the headphones) so just get a hardcase with it and it will last longer. Loud, comfortable, can replace the cords if you want to there really is nothing to complain about with this headset. On five separate occasions I have had random strangers say Oh I have a pair of those I love them! Buy them with confidence.

> 3 dayGreat headphones, but the case it came with smells incredibly strong of a burning plastic...I left it out for a week or so to air out, but still smells. Giving up and beginning to use it, its now made the headphone ear cups smell which is disappointing. They sound great though...

> 3 dayOk, so heres the deal with these headphones. I am a DJ in Chicago and was in the market to replace my Beat Pros. Bottom line, these are the absolute best headphones for the dollar. If youre looking for headphones with great bass AND clarity, these are the route to go. The beat the Beats all day!
