You really get a muscle workout with this unit.

This thing really works!! You’ll learn to use it… at settings that serve you best with trial and error! Diffferent parts of your body want different strengths. I would suggest getting extra pads at same time. We love the longer ones. The adhesion doesnt last all that long. The rechargeable battery lasts forever! We use it probably 4-6 times a week ( between 2 of us)and it goes for weeks on one charge!!be sure to go with The wireless ! ( no plug in to use) don’t hesitate to buy this!!

The unit is small enough that it is easy to store everything back in the box after each use. I really like the fact that the cords are long enough to use on any 2 parts of your body (Ive only used 2 pads at a time) and you dont have to be sitting top of an electrical outlet to use it, because the battery, once charged up, lasts for several sessions. My only complaint is that it is difficult to see the different types of stim to see what to select, and the visuals that are supposed to tell you what each setting does dont really explain it well enough for me. I just tried different ones until I found a couple that I like, and then alternate between them, depending where Im putting stim to on that session.

My PT suggested I get one of these units and after some research I decided to go with this particular one. It’s simple and easy to use, has enough different modes and intensity levels but not too many. It’s definitely helped me with longer lasting relief from tight/strained muscles than a personal massage, hot tub or massage chair. I use it almost daily, love it!

This small TENS unit is very effective. Im impressed in its value and quality.

I was a bit skeptical at first, but this little unit works wonders on my muscle aches. My neck and shoulder areas are always really tight. I use this about 1-2X a week and it provides relief for a few days (or longer). the current is strong enough at a low setting (i used between 1-4 bars, depending on which mode its set at). The adhesion pads stick well. Would be nice if more pads were included. Overall, really pleasantly surprised at how effective it is.

Perfect, just what I needed. Small sleek design with multiple programs and dual output. My only comment is the amount of sticky goo that is on the pads. They say to use the tips of your fingers to place and remove the pads and you can hardly get the pad off your fingers. A suggestion would be an additional gel-free pull tab on each pad for ease of use.

This unit is a pleasure to own. It works as advertised, is well constructed and easy to use, and the cost is very reasonable. If you plan to purchase this unit, buy additional large pads at the same time because if you dont clean them with alcohol swabs they quickly lose adhesion. I had no success with the small pads. Highly recommended.
