Tens units are GREAT for pain, and Auvons customer service is top rated! The wires tend to tangle and break inside when they get bent too much. Customer service looked up my order and sent me a replacement plus I bought some. They have an 800 number, I and I spoke to a very nice human! Wish I could afford the wireless ones, maybe theyll come down in price some day. Ive had two spinal fusions, and theyre essential for pain.
