Everything looked good as expected but one fault I found was with the beater brush quality. Original beater brush worked fine and was quite. This replacement brush is very noisy thought something got caught in it but was clear. Don’t know why it is so noisy other than defect in materials.

The parts fit the shark robot but the roller keeps making it so the shark stops vacuuming. I would not recommend.

I will never buy generic shark parts again! This caused major problems with our vac. I had to go out and buy authetic parts and had no problems then! I trashed your generic junk!

Not only did this have the brushes I needed, which is why I bought it in the first place, but it has so many included filters that I didnt even know that I had! I had no idea there was a round cylindrical filter on the left side of the docking station, so when I opened it up, it was completely caked solid! Excellent value, the parts all looked identical to the oem parts, and I highly recommend.

The main part in this set - the brush roller - failed after a few days, creating continuous Error #2 stalls on the robot. This part is very different when compared to the original. The bearings are all plastic and much harder for the robot to spin, creating obstruction errors. Another case of vendor cutting cost to produce an inferior product that fails quickly. I gave this item two stars and not one as the other parts appear to function as advertised.

All filters fit but the brush is too big. It fits really tight and the vacuum is giving me an error. Now it does not work. I have 2 huskies, it is a hassle.

Brush roller jams up quickly with dog hair. Pretty much useless. The filters are OK so 2 stars.

After changing out the filters, I was surprised to find I had several leftover that went no where on my machine...or so I thought. I finally found a good video on youtube that went through every filter in my shark AI self-emptying XL robot. Surprise, surprise. Turns out there are quite a few filters in this machine I had no idea existed, no thanks to Sharks incomplete instructions and videos. I purchased this replacement after I was unable to get one from shark itself. I had ordered one previously from a different company that was supposed to fit,it did not. This one fit perfectly. Its an excellent deal, you get so much in addition to the brush. Im going to save this and order again in the future.
