AVCHD Video Converter: Edit and Convert Files from over 50 Formats into any Video or Audio Format - Great Program for Video Cutting

This program works as advertised however it is far above my knowledge of endless file formats and professional video editing. I did not realize it was almost totally concerned with professional grade video equipment which I do not have or care about. I just wanted an inexpensive simple video editor. There is no manual, no help file, and nothing even resembles earlier video programs I have used. I found a few tutorials on you tube but they were totally concerned with professional, multi thousand dollar cameras and so forth. Possibly should have downloaded a supposedly free program before purchasing this. A 25$ mistake- will give it to friend. After nearly 2 hours of typing the registration code- over 70 characters! It loaded but said it would only last a year from date of purchase Since I purchased my Windows 10 computer I have made two hundred dollar-plus mistakes. If I live long enough will get Linux computer- could not possibly be as complicated as Win 10!

I purchased this software for converting M2TS files to mp4 format which worked well. It also comes with a large selection of output formats. The main drawback with this software is that it only allows installation of the software on only one single computer (the activation code is 63 characters long). Once you have activated the software , you will not be able to install or move the license to another computer without contacting support. I have used many other media conversions software. Most of them allow the installation of the software on multiple computers. Even for the very few which allow only single computer use, it provides a convenience feature to allow the users to temporary disable the license on one computer while using the software on another. I do a lot of video editing and media conversion which requires me to switch between my desktop and laptop PC. This means I would need to pay twice for such. This licensing limitation is probably not the conventional approach as compared to other media conversion software I have used.

I lost my expensive converter software to a computer problem and needed one NOW. This product arrived early, was VERY easy to install and update and converted my DVD faster than my previous expensive software. It is easy to use and can be used by any level user. This is a really good product!

AVCHD Video Converter: Edit and Convert Files. A Great program. It came in a box with other items, well wrapped and intact and on schedule. The installation on win10 was straight forward. I did have to take a second look because it gave me the option to buy, but I realize to just enter the very long key code to finish program installation and own it. If you just read the cover the disc comes in you would think this program just converts file formats from mts/m2ts to a different file format. As the Amazon.com page for this item says you have lots of original file, called input files that can be converted. And many files to convert too called output files here. For dvd films/videos just click on add file button and from option folder/file select folder, go to the dvd or folder the holds the dvd movie/video and click on it and then click open. The avchd program will pick all the .vob files. Then click on converge to start the process.

Aiseesoft suggested that I contact you regarding the registration code that was sent with this purchase. When I attempted to use it with my new computer, it said it was invalid. Please advise. Thank you.

Software is easy to install on Windows 7. Very simple to use. I am using it to convert GoPro clips to MPEG files to import into Windows Movie Maker or upload to You Tube. It works flawlessly and is very fast on my computer (16 GB RAM). The merge feature is great. I am very happy after suffering with the absolutely horrible GoPro Studio .

I bought this item installed it on my computer. It woked fine. A couple weeks later I had to reset my computer back to factory due to a virus. I tried to reinstall the program and it would not take because I had to register it again to have access to the entire functions. Once I register it the first time it wont let me do it again. If you buy a product I think you should be able to do with it what you want to do, and how you want to do it. Im not very pleased with this product.

Very cool. Have used it several times. Only problem is there is so many format choices, sometimes Im not sure which one I need. Lol.
