I expected less scent.

Back in my home country, after my son was born, we started using Johnson and Johnson baby wash. We did not get this brand there. But he developed red spots and such on his skin due to that. So doctor there suggested to use a mild shampoo and other things like Lotion and such. They recommended Sebamed products which were imported from Germany and hence also very expensive. A 8 oz bottle of wash was like $9 (yes that is crazy expensive in my home country currency) when you could get Johnson and Johnson etc for under $2. We went ahead and started using sebamed everything from body wash to lotion to shampoo and even diaper rash cream. Then we came to US and initially I got sebamed here as well. But then we read about Aveeno and though this is also expensive compared to equate and other such brands, but still cheaper than sebamed and availability was plenty at walmart, kroger and such. So we tried this and this things also works very well for my son and he seem to have no problems with it. I suggest doing a subscribe and save on amazon for this product and would recommend to any parent here for their babies.

The product smells nice and my babys skin is soft but I have noticed his eyes are red after the bath. Even after making sure his face is raised. I will not be using it again as it is not sensitive to my babys eyes.

I have been using this body wash for a long time, I loved it and never had a problem with them before the new packaged came out. This newer version is not as good as the one before, this new one is too watery, seems like they diluted it with more water content. Both are clean, but this one is so diluted that foams will be made without wetting the hand and towel. The volume is the same, but I guess its the concentration of the wash is different. The scent is a bit more diluted too, not as good as the previous one after shower. This newer one also gave me red bumps on my skin, and theyre itchy, which I never experienced with the older version. This is considered a good product not only for babies but adults too, my whole family uses it before this newer one came out. I wish they can go back to the older one, its not just the package but the formula seems to be different too (even though the ingredients listed on the bottles are the same). The newer bottle is softer/thinner than the older one (probably theyre being eco-friendly). Also, when I restocked it, I was intended to order the squeeze cap (like the one on the left in the picture) and not the push, but they gave me the push anyways. I still like Aveeno though, I should probably try the other washes from Aveeno.

I have been using Aveeno shampoos for my two boys for the last five years. Im very happy with the limited but pleasant scent, the gentleness of the soap on my eldest sons sensitive skin, and for the recent development of the pump. We are still careful to keep the shampoo out of eyes and didnt think twice about the claim of tear-free until my youngest started to cry complaining that it stings! After rinsing his eyes and comforting him I tried the old, see it doesnt sting! trick by rubbing some in my own eyes like I have done before with J&Js baby shampoo. OMG it was a horrible stinging sensation! I do not remember this being the case in previous iterations of this shampoo, but now I question how Aveeno comes away with this claim. Overall, this is a shampoo that we continue to use for the other reasons mentioned above, but be aware of babys eyes!

I purchased 4 of these items but one of them came open and leaked most of the product on the other bottles. The bottles that didnt leak had the tape over it so Id suggest making sure they are all taped before shipping. 1 star lost for loss of product and the fact I need to purchase another bottle.

My kids do not like this product in their eyes. Wish it was more gentle for my toddlers.

Very disappointed with this product as I usually love Baby Aveeno products. The scent was too strong, not really for a baby with sensitive skin like mine. Caused skin reactions on both of my babies. Itchy, red skin.

This is the only wash that my baby that my baby has used and we have no complaints. We love it, it is very moisturizing, cleanses well and doesnt leave redness. It has fragrance, but it is very soft and delicious. I do recommend it and I think it works quite well.
