I am 51 years old and have always been thin, but menopause is kicking in and I am noticing the pouch! Ok so this product definitely has some heat to it when applied to the skin. I was not aware of this since I’ve never use a firming lotion before. I apply this every morning before the gym and it makes my mid section sweat like crazy! I have some loose skin since having my son 2 years ago and my stomach is my trouble area. I actually can see some noticeable skin tightening since using this lotion! My skin seems to be holding more closely to my body so I don’t mind the warmth of this lotion. Still early in my use but so far it seems to be firming up what I need firm.

This seems to be helping. I will continue to use.
