I don’t like how silky it is only because if you use it while holding the baby, they can become very slippery. I will end up using to cover my baby, but NEVER while holding them in my arms. It’s not giftable because a new mom might not realize this.

Love this blanket!! Very versatile. Great for sleeping, car seats, floor play, etc. Large blanket & maybe to heavy for babies under 3 mos. It washes well-No shrinking or pilling. Very very soft & a wonderful blanket. Pretty & well made. Great gift too. I highly recommend
