These are an awesome gift for showers! I use this everytime. We spent 4 months in the NICU and even all the nurses loved these. Its so helpful when your changing a diaper and baby isnt done yet, you dont have to waste diaper cream, to clean baby up again. The only thing that kinda sucked was that I tried to sterilize it in boiling water, and the suction cup stopped working. But Im sure if you just wipe it with a clean wipe every time or maybe with an alcohol wipe and then a baby wipe every once and awhile it would be fine.

I have these in the larger size and have used them with my 2.5 yr old since she was born. I’m due any day now with our second and wanted to finally get the travel size. I haven’t used the travel size yet but I know I’ll LOVE having small ones for both their bags (my toddler just has a small backpack with less and I obviously have to go back to having a bigger diaper bag with the baby) and also love having the plastic containers to keep them in! They are easy to use and easy to clean. Some baby products are not all that worth it or save much time. But I for one love not having to use my fingers to spread rash cream on my kids butts. It’s more sanitary and easier because I don’t have to clean my fingers off right away to finish the diaper change. I can get my child changed and finished up, and then worry about cleaning off the applicator.

I have bought 4 of these in the past year. I have given them all as gifts because I do not have a child young enough to buy one. Which makes me angry because I totally would have had one when she was a baby. I missed out. Everyone I have given this to absolutely loves them. They dont know how they would have gotten by without them. It is so much more sanitary than using your finger, and have you ever gotten diaper rash cream under your nail... Its not easy to clean up. So you might think, why do I need to spend money on something when I can just do it with my finger? Sure this spatula might be a little ridiculous and you may feel silly using it, but when youve got a screaming, wiggly baby during a diaper change at 2am, its so much easier to use this rather than having one finger covered in sticky diaper rash cream. Definitely a must have at home and in the diaper bag!
