I contacted the company after receiving the product because I had issues with the installation and I thought the product I received had some issues. They responded right away and sent me a brand new gym. I found out that my issues ended up being user error and reached out to let them know. The little gym is super cute and the accessories are even great quality. Excellent customer service - they were so quick to work with me and send me a replacement!

The rings broke, the beads came off and my baby had beads in her mouth. Also the whole thing falls over easily when she plays with it. Would not recommend!

My baby is 5 months old. He’s been using it for 2 months and one of the string broke. He loves this thing and unfortunately I have to put it away due to chocking hazard.. buyers just be aware!

Update: seller reached out and offered a refund! We love this toy but it’s sorta annoying because everytime I try to move it, it collapses. We tighten the legs and it still loosens everytime. My 5 month old can even collapse it by grabbing the string on the side, so I can’t leave him unattended with it even for a moment.

My kids used it a lot. Good for develop babies curiosity.
