I feel like you can never have too many of these around. I use them to protect the baby I watch but also for so many other things. My toddler likes to use them to tumble and make beds on. We use one for our puppy area. I even have one in the garage where I workout. This folds up so small and packs away in a closet, out of sight. The are also waterproof and easy to clean. Yes, I recommend! This would be a good any shower gift too!

This is a nice play mar that you can take with you. Easy travel. Colors are not as bright as in the ad.

This mat is great for newborn/baby tummy time. I have hard tile floors and dogs and want to make sure that we are doing tummy time on a soft clean surface. First, I like that the edges are bound by thick fabric which makes it more durable. The foam is just thick enough to be comfortable for baby and I to spend time on the floor. I like that it folds up into a compact square which stores easily on one of my credenza shelves. Very cute neutral patterns on either side! My one complaint, it has a bunch of little squares embossed with the alphabet and numbers. The Alphabet has a C where there should be a G. I honestly would not have noticed it myself if it werent for my toddler asking if the G was a C (he knew it was supposed to be a G).

This play mat has reversible designs which is nice to have for when you want to change it up. The size is also super large and great for covering large spaces. It comes with a storage bag and is folded up. The material is pretty easy to clean and is great for babies to crawl around. Aesthetically though, the mat does have quite a few wrinkles to it which doesn’t affect functionality but is apparent when you are closer.

It’s adorable, but is anyone else bothered that the whole alphabet isn’t on it?

This is a great product for our family. I have 3 grandbabies and one on the way and this will be perfect for all 4 of them. The mat is really thick and nice material. My grandbabies to love to play outside and this is great for us to have to keep the 5month old in the grass but off the grass. It is a huge size which is perfect for us. My 3 year old and 4 year old granddaughters are learning how to tumble and do cartwheels and I feel like this mat would add just the extra protection they need. The 62.99 price tag is very reasonable for the size and thickness of the material. I see us getting years of use out of it. Another bonus is the nice carrying case that you can use to store it in or carry it when you are traveling. The large matt folds up in the case nicely. Looks like it will be very easy to wipe down for minor messes.

If youre looking for an affordable play mat, this one may be a good option depending on your needs and your hate of folds. Its large in size and has a nice texture to it. I like walking on it with my bare feet or with socks on and the texture makes it not slippery. However, its not very thick and may not hold up to sharp objects or pet nails. My 60lbs dogs has walked on it and it has been fine. Probably not good to have around sharp cat claws. Its easy to fold, which is convenient and it comes with a storage and travel bag which is great. Keep in mind that there may be wrinkles in the foam when you unfold it and they probably wont ever go away, which could make it look cheap. Overall, this mat is a good value for the price but may not be the best quality.

We have hardwood floors so I was just using a quilt for play time to begin with. This mat is very big and perfect for our 8 month old baby girl to roll around and play on. She has fallen over a couple times and it is padded enough to keep her from crying. I am very happy with this purchase. My baby girl is so much more active and mobile now.
