> 24 hourThis is so handy to have when my babe wants to be in the exact room Im in. Our home isnt very open-concept and babe likes to always see me. This bouncer is so nice because the cover slips right off to wash and easily back on. It folds up and stores away easy so its not in the way but pops right back open and is ready to use! We started using this right at 3 months old and doubt well stop any time soon!

> 24 hourI dont think you can really appreciate how awesome this bouncer/portable chair is unless youve used the cheaper ones first. When my daughter was born a friend of mine was nice enough to lend me her Fisher Price bouncer chair that vibrated. While it was convenient for placing the baby anywhere in the house I ended up hating it because of its design...the legs stick out in a V shape and I tripped over the thing constantly. It was worse in the middle of the night when trying to get the baby to calm down and go to sleep, half asleep myself and then there I was trying not to kill us both tripping over the stupid bouncer. I noticed other reviews for the Fisher Price bouncer complaining of the same things. Whoever designed that chair should be flogged. But I digress...this bouncer is awesome for so many reasons... - Doesnt nearly kill you with poorly designed legs - Super lightweight - Doesnt require batteries (my daughter hated the vibrating feature on the Fisher Price bouncer) - Easy to remove the cloth and washes well; easy to put back on...you just slide it on and off - Easy to put baby in/take baby out - Lasts until the kids a toddler as a toddler chair - Small physical footprint - Cleaner materials, resulting in a less toxic environment for your little one Cons: Obviously the biggest con is the price when you compare it to the much cheaper bouncers but you get what you pay for and as I mentioned above, you cant really appreciate this fact unless youve owned/used the cheaper bouncers before this. The only other con is that this doesnt come with the toy bar and for the price it should. I didnt buy the toy bar but it looks like Im going to because my daughter gets bored after a while and drops the toys I do give her so she needs something that stays in front of her and keeps her attention. In the meantime we have slid this thing halfway under the activity gym/mat and she plays with the toys hanging down while in the bouncer. Bottom line, this is truly the best bouncer on the market and worth every penny if you can afford it. If not, do not get the Fisher Price with the legs that stick out to the side (I think all of theirs do, actually)...get anything but those, for your safety! And get the toy bar, if you can. One thing about the mesh...I got the silver mesh because I simply liked the look of it but if I had it to do over again Id get the standard cloth version and in a dark color because my daughter has been nice enough to blow out several diapers all over this thing and while it has washed like a dream (thanks to OxyClean stain remover) I fear the day she stains it for good. However if you live in a hot climate mesh is the way to go.

> 24 hourIts expensive for the length of time that we were able to use it, but it was completely worth it and has a great resale value. I purchased it when my son was a little over 2 months old, and I wish I had had it from the beginning. We stopped using it at about 7 months because he was sitting fine on his own and is big for his age. When it was in use, it was a lifesaver. It has a smaller footprint than a lot of other bouncers, so we were able to bring it into our small bathroom and my son would sit in it while we showered. We brought it any time we traveled, my son would sit in it while we ate dinner, wed put him in it while we cooked in the kitchen or washed dishes. He enjoyed that he was able to sit up to see what was happening, and I liked how easy it was to use and how lightweight it is. We used it a lot when he was fussy just to be able to get things done. I have several different types of carriers, but you cant baby wear all the time, especially when cooking or washing dishes. This solved our issue, he didnt fuss because I was able to engage with him by having him right next to me while I got stuff done. He had a couple of blowouts while seated in this, we actually called it the magic pooping chair. We also used this chair to feed him when we started introducing him to solids because he didnt seem to like his high chair at first. Depending on the level of clean up needed, the cover cleaned up easily with baby wipes or by throwing it in the wash.

> 24 hourI bought this for my grandson. This has been a lifesaver. He absolutely LOVES bouncing in it. Its the only thing hell sit in for an extended period of time without fussing. He sometimes even takes naps in it. This is a must-have! I would give it more stars if I could!

> 24 hourI made the mistake of buying a rocker for our baby and she quickly outgrew it. In a panic I bought this hoping it would bridge the gap between the rocker she outgrew and whatever she needs in a year or so. This bouncer is awesome. We take it everywhere. It collapses down to almost nothing and it’s very sturdy. The cover comes off and is machine washable which is a huge plus. It takes no effort to bounce so even the baby kicking rocks the thing for her. I wish I knew about this sooner. It’s pricey, but I trust BabyBjorn’s brand (we have the sling also). There is a pretty good locking mechanism for the bouncer and you can adjust the angle 3 different ways. I feel pretty confident she won’t just fall backwards in it. At the lowest angle setting it almost becomes a pseudo bassinet. Pretty nice because the baby effectively rocks herself to sleep sometimes. Big thumbs up.

> 24 hourI love the Baby Bjorn bouncer for several reasons: 1. It is sleek and well designed. The straps securely hold baby in safely. 2. The cotton cover comes of easily and you can just throw it in the washer if it gets dirty. 3. Once baby is old enough, you can flip over the cover and use the bouncer as a chair/seat for your little one. 4. Weight - it is light and you can carry your baby in one arm and the bouncer in the other with no problem. What I didn’t like is that with the seat at the highest angle, when I put my baby in the bouncer, it falls far back to a nearly reclining position. It doesn’t go as far as his bum touching the ground, but in a position for napping instead of sitting. The fabric also faded color quite easily so it’s kind of a reddish dark black faded color now (not a deal breaker though). Despite everything, I would get this again, and I wish I had purchased it sooner when my baby was still tiny and much smaller.

> 24 hourLove this. It’s so sleek. However, it’s not a magic dream come true. Maybe for some but for me I would have wanted a $200 bouncer to bounce my baby that does not have the mobility to bounce themselves. Also, baby tolerated for only about half hour at a time. This could be cheaper. It’s essential just a chair and doesn’t do anything special.

> 24 hourI think this is my first ever Amazon review because I am so impressed with this baby bouncer. My once colicky baby is instantly soothed by this bouncer. Our little girl is 5 weeks old and is not impressed with any of our other baby gadgets. We have a swing, a rock and play, a glider, a little vibrating seat, and a mamaroo type machine. The only thing that seems to calm her down when she is in the middle of one of her colic spells is bouncing her pretty quickly in our arms or on our legs. This can be incredibly tiring after awhile. I began to search for a baby bouncer and quickly realized that all of the powered bouncers provided very small and smooth bouncing motion. My baby prefers a quick bouncing motion, this is truly the only thing that will calm her down and give us all some peace in our home. Enter the BabyBjorn bouncer. I was hesitant to purchase it because it isnt motorized and relies on the babys movements (or your movement with your feet) to move the bouncer. Once I opened it and got it set up (which was the easiest, quickest thing ever), I put my baby in it and placed my foot at the base, started rocking my foot up and down, and she started easily (and quickly!) bouncing up and down. She instantly calmed down. This has absolutely been the best purchase for us!! Within a few minutes of being in the bouncer she falls asleep, and she is a baby that did not sleep much prior to this. If you have a fussy baby that can only be calmed down by rapid bouncing, BUY this! You will not regret it. We now have a HAPPY smiley baby more times than not thanks to this bouncer.

> 24 hourThis chair is magic! Although i have no first hand knowledge our daughter has now been using it for 4 months and she seems to really love it. The best part of this chair is its magical properties. As we all know sometime babies have a hard time pooping on a schedule and this can cause quite the list of headaches for the babies and the parents. Well people look no further. This chair will make your baby poop! Everytime our daughter clips in you can set your watch knowing that when you pull her out your gonna have a full diaper. Magical! Only downside is we do more laundry to clean the blow out stains, twice weekly at a minimum. Soooo 5 stars would buy again, if only they had an adult version! And the spawn poop machine says 10/10 would poop here again baby approved

> 24 hourInvest in this! We use this every day! Lowest recline option is perfect for my 10week old to sit and relax. While it is reclined enough that I don’t have to worry about his head falling forward. It has three seat positions so my older child can use it on the most inclined to watch a movie or hang out in!
