This is pretty low to the floor. Sometimes I have to hold my daughters hand so she can sit on it because it’s kind of a drop to the seat.

This potty chair gives independence to petite kiddos. My daughter is about 18 lbs at 22 months, and she probably couldn’t sit comfortably on anything bigger. It doesn’t have a lid that functions as a stool, but if you have a petite kid, you’ll need a separate stool anyway because no potty chair will be tall enough. It does fit in a standard plastic bag if you want to take it somewhere. I find it most convenient to keep this one at home for my daughter’s independence, and travel with a toilet seat topper. It doesn’t slide around much, is lightweight enough for the kid to empty themselves, and cleaning it with toilet paper or disinfectant wipes is super easy. Basically, it requires very little thought, so you can put your energy towards potty training. Best of luck!!

I am really happy with this toddler potty for our son who just turned 3. We were previously using the Munchkin brand one that has the lid and removable seat, but what kept happening with that one is the pee would end up going in between the white seat and the gray bowl onto the handle where you lift the bowl to empty it (I was touching pee all the time), sometimes it would even run down the front of the potty onto the floor. I was spending so much time cleaning pee up from places it shouldnt be going - so we decided to try out this BabyBjorn one and its so much better. There is only ONE part to pick up (the white bowl) and empty/rinse out, and best of all, the pee stays completely in the bowl! I do use a towel to dry up the little bit of water that gets on the rim after rinsing it out so that our sons butt stays dry the next time he sits down, but other than that its really easy to use and most of all, its way cleaner than using the Munchkin one. Maybe parents of girls dont have the same problem, but if you have boys, I highly recommend this BabyBjorn toddler potty!

Save your self a headache and don’t buy this potty! I would give it a zero star if I could! Complete junk! There is no latch or anything to keep the potty in place so every time our kid gets up, the insert will fly out with all the pee flying all over the floor.. It is just disgusting how a brand like Babybjorn can not think of a solution for such a major flaw! You would think they would put a simple latch on it to prevent from flying out after every use! I’m done with it! This potty is going to garbage today!

What can I say, it’s a potty. We got it for our 9 month old just to introduce her to the idea. It’s the perfect size for her and it doesn’t take up much space. She has used it 5 times now! Easy enough to clean, just dump and wash the white insert. I’m sure when we are more serious we will need to look at something that goes on the real toilet, but for now this is perfect.

This potty has been great for all of my kids. The insert can be used for infants around 3+ months and the potty bowl works for age 1.5 and up though it is a bit high off the ground for that age and there are shorter potties in the market for little toddlers. Its a great height for a 3 yr old to encourage proper pooping position. Funny story: we once took an insert backpacking for a child who didnt like the idea of pooing in a hole. Drilled a Tiny hole into the side of just the insert and attached some elastic string and a carabiner. Only did this once since it is just easier to teach the kid to be comfortable pooing over a hole but its an idea. The potty is really a sturdy well made one. I do think they would have success offering a smaller model for infants and those whose children can mount a potty by themselves at 11 and 12 months of age.

Didn’t send me the right color but it’s okay. Easy to use and clean.

Heard about this toilet on a Pinterest blog and was a little skeptical. This thing deserves 10 stars. Perfect size and my baby can sit independently on this! We started using it for #2’s when she was 9 months old. And I couldn’t be happier with this product. Super easy to clean too.

Used since infancy for Elimination Communication and still at 23 months. She is learning to empty it into the big toilet herself. Can’t compare to other mini potties since this is the only one I’ve ever had, but I have no regrets about this purchase. It is very low to the floor. Now her legs look rather long for it, but she never complains and doesn’t seem uncomfortable. Will sit for close to 5 minutes at a time if needed. We have the Potette Plus for traveling. I think the baby bjorn smart potty could for a car potty, but I prefer a collapsible one.
