My son really wanted this backpack and it didnt come, nor did I get my refund to purchase another one. Either send me the exact ryans world backpack or send my money ASAP so that I could purchase another one.

This product was bought for my grandson. I have no details on this product other than I know my 4 year old grandson love it.

My son was very excited about his new backpack, but the zippers didn’t last long.
