I tried these for the first time and LOVED them! I used them specifically as pre-workout energy and a treat at end of day. I just recently tried out the Bahamii Bites and really loved it! The fact that there are whole organic ingredients in these bites and they really do give you an extra kick of energy in the middle of the day or post workout. Please give this a chance vs. your normal protein bars because these are so good!!

I purchased the Cinnamon Vanilla flavor and highly recommend. The flavor is like vanilla figs and the texture is consistently smooth. I am vegan and very active and this is a great option to have on hand as a snack. The company is outstanding with communication and very friendly. I will be ordering again and trying more flavors. These bites are very tasty. The texture was similar to biting into a brownie and actually the chocolate almond one tastes just like a brownie. I also had the Honey Cinnamon ones and they were really tasty as well. The ingredients are super clean and simple too. Super satisfying and no guilt. My favorite kind of snacks!
