Used with the correct brush, this can be used as a foundation as well. You only need a tiny bit. I put a little on a small plate. This prevents over-usage, and what you dont use can easily be put back into the container. Ive been using this as my foundation for over 15 years! I NEVER have clogged pores. After applying Bareminerals blush, I apply some Mineral Veil allover to soften the look.....be sure to put it on lined lips too. Then reline your lips, and apply lipstick....lasts all day, and longer!

The benefits of using Bare Minerals instead of traditional pore clogging makeup thats in department stores I think its worth a little extra on the price! I feel it actually helping my skin get better with use!

I was not sure if I had the right shade but it blend in perfectly. I dont like that it has a salt shaker kind of top. most of all I like that it is lightweight. I have a hard time picking the right shade but this is so good for me. I would buy it again if it was not so expensive
