Item described perfectly and my friend loved the gift! It arrived securely and in a triple layer of the large bubble wrap so it wouldnt break.

I purchased these as a gift and the gift receiver is very happy. She quite likes the product... the aroma and the absorption of the lotion. Not inexpensive, but worth it for the happy giftee.

I am very sorry that these things happen that is why sometimes I do not want to buy online and these things leave much to be desired. I love this product I would buy it again but if this is happening I would not do it by Amazon.

I purchased these for my bathroom and for work. Where I live it is still in the cold season so I was hoping this would keep my hands a bit more moisturized. Nonetheless, I love the smell! In the future I will just make sure I get the cream instead of the lotion.

Purchased for my daughter. Mailed it off “priority” in the same package it arrived in, boxed in another box surrounded by bubble wrap, marked “fragile”. Arrived shattered in its original packaging. Love the product but wouldn’t purchase from Amazon again.

I bought this lotion for many years and always loved the scent so I decided to buy it again. This is definitely not the same scent and I’m very disappointed. The lotion is nice and it lasts but the scent is no where near as nice. I won’t reorder online and will check out the lotion at a physical store and see if it is the previous version.
