Relief isn’t instant but give it a few minutes and you will start to get some refief. It does get loose after a while just tighten it up. Make sure you position it correctly

the directions for putting it on your calf,either right or left are clear,and the directions say do not wear more than 2 hours at a time..it is adjustable but you must get the large disc in the right spot..i need to try it a few more times to say for sure,but it seemingly did nothing to alleviate sciatic pain..

This helps sciatica short term. Not comfortable to wear for more than an hour, but provides some relief. Uncomfortable next to bare skin, recommend wearing long pants or leggings under it.

I was skeptical -- but I was also desperate and in agonizing pain. This thing cut the pain off by 85-90%. I can hardly believe the difference it made! Seven hours ago I was I was on the floor (because I couldnt stand or bear weight on my left leg from a pinched sciatic nerve. Ive been in pain for two weeks, cant start PT until June 1 because of an insurance issue. I couldnt bear the thought of another 11 days of this. Ive seen the ads and videos for BeActive, but thought it cant be for real. I was nearly out of my mind with the pain last night and this morning and would have tried anything to get some relief. I placed the order around 11 AM, hoping it could be delivered tomorrow, but at check out there was an option for $3 to have it delivered between 2-6 PM today. I rarely ever do same day delivery, but this was the best 3 bucks ever spent! It arrived around 2:30 PM, had it on my leg, made a few adjustments ... by 3 PM the roaring white hot pain shooting from butt cheek down the back of my leg to my heel was gone! Unbelievable! I could stand -- I could walk -- I could sit down and get up without screaming. I left it on for about 2 hours, then took it off to see what would happen. the pain gradually came back and about 45 minutes later, it was back on my leg ... and the pain is gone again. Its not a cure, I realize Ill still need PT to relieve the compression on the nerve, but it sure relieves the pain until the underlying issue is addressed. Again, its not gone 100%, I can still feel pressure on the nerve, but it feels more like a pulled muscle or a spasm rather than a bolt of lightening shooting down my back and leg. So to be specific ... on the fit and adjustment strap I give it an A+. Very easy to put on and take off. Its lightweight and relatively comfortable on my leg. The only comfort issue Ive encountered so far is that the top edge rubs the inner back of my knee a bit when sitting but I can live with that, so A- on that one. I read other reviewers complain about the disc causing burns or irritation, so I put a 2 x 2 gauze pad between the hard disc and my skin and Ive had no problem in that regard. So overall, it gets an A and 5 stars from me. I think this is the first time Ive ever written a review the same day I received a product. But I was so blown away -- and incredibly thankful!!! -- for how well and quickly this wrap worked. I will post an update in a day or two, just in case any issues come up. But if youre having sciatic nerve pain, dont suffer as long as I did -- GIVE IT A TRY! Im so glad I did. Thank you to the folks at BeActive for the relief, and thank you Amazon for offering same day delivery.

So I had great hope for this support and when it arrived it fit too big for my leg (one size fits all?? NOT!), I was highly disappointed and contacted the seller, see if they had any suggestions, but got no reply, I was about to return it and then upon a closer look I realized that the fix was not that difficult, I took it to a local seamstress and she added two small velcro panels for the large velcro panel that comes with the support to attach well allowing it to close with good support and stop the sliding, see picture above. I wish the manufacturer did this, probably a few cents more and it would be able to fit a more significant percentage of the population, or just offer a second version in a Smaller size. In my experience, it does not make the pain disappear but it dulls it. Good enough, every little bit of relief helps!. Good product.

I wasn’t expecting a miracle. But it does work for me most of the time.

My husband is in his early 70s. He is in excellent health and in excellent physical health. Every night for the last two years he has had pain in either one leg or the other. He has had every medical test available and the specialist have not been able to find the cause. To be honest, my husband said I was crazy to spend money on this product. I am so happy I did because THIS WRAP WORKS!! I can not express how thankful I am to have found this product! We thoroughly read the directions to make sure we were using the product correctly. It is made very well - I am ordering an extra one just so we have one on hand. I never want my husband to have to go without it! I think its an excellent price and I would have paid much more for the glorious relief of pain for my sweet husband.

Using on both legs, sciatic pain seems less, will know more after I use them for a month or two. So far satisfied.
