Bath powder but dull and spills all over

I purchased this for my 87yr old aunt. She let me smell a powder puff she had from her mother, my grandmother that was 10yr old and it still smelled beautiful. So, I ordered her this powder as a surprise. I had it delivered to her house as we live in different states. She called me to tell me it arrived and she was overcome with emotion.
