As someone who always loses door keys, these were perfect. Better quality that the ones that came with the original locks.

We have standard door knobs… I’m not sure what measurements they based the size of these off of; but they are way too short for our knobs… ended up throwing them away because they were useless… maybe would work if you had flat doorknobs or the handle/lever ones as they are shallower.

My kids are always trying to get in places they arent supposed to be (the bathroom mostly). They figured out the child door locks so having these in hand allows me to lock the door to keep them out of trouble

Our very smart puppy quickly learned how to open the room doors in our house so we flipped the locks to the outside (of the room) so we could lock and unlock them from outside the rooms (like the pantry) and started locking them. However, this requires us to use the little key pins from inside the room (like when in the bathroom for a shower). Now and then a key pin will fall off the door sill & become lost under furniture or in the carpet. Having spare key pins was a necessity and this pack came with 12 of them! These are the identical to what came with the house so the work perfectly!

These are nice to have on hand in case any of our inside doors accidently get locked by our kids. We keep a few in different areas
