> 3 dayWe are completely satisfied with this mini PC, it packs really good performance for the specs, we use it with photoshop and illustrator (not heavy tasking of course), we did try some really large files in photoshop just test this little pc, it gets our approval it did the job, as far as the noise it was not too noise it was very quiet, we didnt really see any lagging on the performance on any lag in performance.

> 3 dayI am just getting into mini-PCs and been VERY impressed with these computers so far! I have purchased several of the 16GB and 32GB models (6 total so far) and very happy with the performance and size.

> 3 dayNot bad for the size, it does great performance wise for take its needed for. I tried gaming. Which is does well enough, keep your expectations low thou. Its not Triple-A gaming anything! But you can find it possible to play some current gaming at low settings while using Window play.

> 3 dayI enjoy using this device. I installed an extra 2.5 inch SSD. The only quirk I experienced is the 2.5 inch SSD plate sticking to the heat-sink of the M.2 SSD underneath. This made the device very difficult to open. Doing this, you have to be very careful not to damage the cable connecting the 2.5 inch to the motherboard.

> 3 dayBeen using this on a daily basis for about a month now doing normal PC stuff, some photo/video editing but no gaming and it has been working great. Also there is no bloatware like you usually get with big name PCs and laptops.

> 3 dayGood little computer. I use it for GIS work with QGIS. The SER5 is coupled to duel monitors and several attached external hard drives for storage and backup. The SER5, 500gb SSD and 16gb memory, handles the intensive graphics and large file sizes rather well. One issue is not related to the computer per se. I mounted the computer on the back of the monitor via VESA mounting screws. This is great for saving desktop space, but my wireless mouse and keyboard studder a bit located in front of monitor. Placing them kind of under the monitor allows them to work fine. Also, the newer internal SATA drive mounting design does not allow some 2.5 drives to be mounted (drive to thick) and the additional fan is way to close to the drive. A thinner SSD drive may work, though I have not yet tried one. I really like this little computer.
