> 3 dayI bought this for my 10 year old daughter to replace her previous kids model. She absolutely loves it! The lowest bar setting is just perfect for her right now and has room for lots of growth. The folding mechanism is nicer than some of the other models Ive seen. The previous push-button type was too stiff for my daughter to operate. It has a super smooth ride and the shock absorption takes the snap out of our bumpy sidewalks. I kind of want to buy one for myself.

> 3 dayWhen arrived, no assembly was required. Just tightening couple screws and good to go. It is perfect for my 9 yo daughter on the lowest handle setting (54 inches tall). Folding and unfolding might require help from an adult as the locking handle can get pretty tight (especially after riding it). The bigger wheels make the ride steadier than the smaller wheeled scooters. It is more expensive than other smaller scooters, but well worth the prince tag! Recommended! Update: We like how smooth this scooter is, and bought another one for our younger daughter!

> 3 dayAfter two weeks of use the scooters steering became loose and caused my son to fall. I had it repaired at a bike shop and it seems OK for now, well see how long it lasts. Upon closer inspection I noticed that only one the wheels light up.

> 3 daySo my 9 year old son has only ridden it twice so I can’t speak to the longevity at all. But I did want to say he’s in love wirh it. He says it’s very smooth. Loves the breaks and the wide deck. My only complaint at all (so far) and that it’s noisy. I mean seems to rattle a lot when he’s riding it. But it doesn’t seem to bother him at all. And it’s not flashy at all. Not super fancy Looking but definitely seems to be doing the trick so far.

Greater than one weekIm really happy with my purchase so far. Scooter seems sturdy and my kids are enjoying it. The reason I didnt give 5 stars is because the wheels give a rather bumpy ride. I thought that wheels this size would provide a smoother ride. I guess I would need a higher end scooter with pneumatic tires for that kind of smooth riding experience... But for this price, its a very decent scooter.

> 3 dayI purchased the scooter for my 12 year old Granddaughter who rides it all around New York City. She folds and carries it on the subway. The bottom line is that she is very happy with it. What more can I say?

Greater than one weekWe purchased this scooter for our now 11 year old sons birthday. We were quite happy with the scooter when we pulled it out of the box. The overall construction of the scooter itself felt very sturdy, even for an adult. The metal frame feels very well built and there was little to no play in the moving parts. Overall we felt for the price this was a decent scooter. Once we took it out of the box and and looked it over, I checked all the bolts as suggested and my son was off and running. The most he does with it is riding up and down the street in front of our house with his sister and friends. Hes not one to attempt tricks or do any sort of jumping with it. Well, after about 1 month of use my son mentioned there was a rattling sound coming from the front wheel and shortly after that said the front wheel was wobling so he stopped riding it. When I was finally able to take a look at it I found to my dismay that one of the front wheel bearings had just come apart (see photos). As I was taking the bolt off the front wheel to take a closer look a few of the ball bearings fell out and bounced off the bench. Once the bolt was out other metal parts of what was a bearing fell out into my hand and onto my work surface. I could see some additional shredded bearing parts still inside the wheel as well. The one bearing still intact on the other side seems like its about to come apart as well given time. Other than this one issue the scooter seems very strong. Luckily we are within Amazons return period still so we have asked for a replacement rather than a return in hopes this was just a fluke. Possibly poor factory assembly? My hope is that they didnt build such a strong frame only to pair it with poor quality bearings! I will be inspecting the second scooter even closer to see if there are any signs of assembly issues or damage from over tightening at the factory. Even inexpensive bearings shouldnt explode like that from such little and light use. I will update if there are any issues.

> 3 dayI bought this for my 6 year old daughter. First scooter arrived but the folding mechanism was broken. Replacement arrived quickly, and worked fine. This thing is super sturdy, and I scoot on it myself all the time. I was worried about the white showing all the dirt. But the coating looks like it will hold up for a while. Thinking to purchase a second one.
