The internet plastic frame came in bent( distorted). I returned the first shipment for the same reason and mentioned the reason as well but no one bothered to pay attention and sent the another piece with same issue.

Great initial quality, hopefully it holds up over time. Its adjustable, so my daughter gets a perfect fit every time she wears it. It doesnt slide back on her forehead or from side to side, which gives me confidence knowing that she is well-protected.

There is no back strap or knob to adjust the helmet. You can slightly adjust the chin strap. The helmet couldnt be adjusted to fit snugly and safely.

Stretchy insert- not truly adjustable like other helmets with dial in back. Too big- had to see it to fit.

Total joke, does not adjust well. Too bad, such a good looking helmet.

I ordered this for my 11 year old daughter and it fits perfect! The colors are very bright and she LOVES it! You cant go wrong with Bell helmets...she has had them since she was tiny and they have protected her head every time! I also use a Bell helmet and I am 43 years old. They are super comfortable and give me the confidence I need to feel safe when wearing it.

Perfect for my seven year old! Has room to grow. He said it is comfortable and was eager to wear helmet. Happy mom!
