BELL Frozen Toddler Bike 3D Tiara Helmet (3-5 years), Toddler 3D Tiara (7068215)

Helmet looks good, and is made by a reputable company (Bell). Other than that, the quality of the helmet falls short of expectations as compared with other Bell helmets. The plastic shell is really flimsy, is taped onto but does not fit the foam core that well. 2 air vents were even blocked as no cut outs were made on the plastic shell. PROS Made by Bell. Foam core feels solid, just like other Bell helmets. Reflectors on the true fit system. Nice design for kids. CONS Although it is said that this is built in USA, the components are made in China. True fit system is just an elastic band. Nothing like the ErgoDial system as with other Bell helmets. Flimsy plastic shell that sinks in upon pressing at many spots of the helmet. It also doesnt seem to be a perfect fit with the foam core. Plastic shell is simply taped to the foam core. Gives a feeling that the plastic shell was hastily designed to fit a generic foam core. Plastic shell cut outs not a perfect fit to the foam core vents. No cut out on the plastic shell for the rear side vents, thus blocking it. Could do with more air vents as well.

Seemed like a good helmet when it came in the mail. The little girl it was gifted to was very excited to have it. Seemed to fit accurately.

I gave 2 stars because ppearance wise, this is a very nice helmet. It comes complete with the Elsa tiara, which my daughter loved. However, there is no way this helmet is built to fit the average head of a 3 to 5 year old child. My 3 year old child is on the smaller size with a small to average sized head and we couldn’t even get the helmet on her. For visual example for sizing I used our Amazon firestick remote to show just how small this helmet is. This MIGHT fit a child under the age of 2 years old at best. We have begun the process to return this item and will be purchasing another helmet elsewhere. I wish I would have read more reviews on this product as I can see now that clearly, this is an on going issue and that many others have had this same issue.

I know its not the sellers fault, but the size was not accurate. My niece just turned 4. I think her head is the average size for a 4 yr old. It was too small. I then tried it on my niece, but it was too small for her too.

Fit my toddler perfectly but she complaint it is too uncomfortable. It is def. a cute and different helmet, the plastic tiara seems to be strong and has not broken yet. Or perhaps its because we didnt have a good enough crash yet. We are happy with it so far. If anything changes I will update my review.

super basic helmet, but hey for kids its great. the tiara worked very well for my niece

Great helmet - my daughter (4 years old) loved it and it fit pretty well. The chin strap is a bit hard to adjust and the pointy tiara part seems a bit dangerous to me in case she were to fall on it, so we are careful to hang it up in the closet immediately after she takes it off. Otherwise, its a pretty and practical helmet.

My girls really like this helmet, cute style. Good for a 3 year old and 5 year old!

My 2 year old granddaughter was so happy with this! It matched up perfectly to the Frozen scooter and accessories It’s light enough in weight for her head and has good adjustments to fit her. All around very pleased with this purchase.
