> 24 hourI dont do gimmicks. I bought this to test to see if it works with a half face respirator. I do biohazard cleanup and I wear glasses. I cant wear glasses with a full face respirator because the facial seal fails because of the glasses. I saw this hood and bought it because it allows for a half face respirator which means I can wear glasses UNDER this hood. So I put this hood through its paces and dang if it doesnt work! Sure, it works for grinding and close in metal working but it allows me to do my bio job with my glasses. All my staff will have these in their kit bag.

> 24 hourI am very pleased with the protection this grinding helmet provides. It has an adjustable head strap so it will stay secured and in place. You do not feel claustrophobic while wearing it, yet your full face and eyes are protected while grinding. It easily slides up and out of the way when you need to take a closer look at your grinding project. There are no more worries about sparks hitting your face. I like the security that it provides and feel it is well worth the investment.

> 24 hourI don’t understand how a company can make a face shield with plastic that scratches when you clean it with a micro fiber cloth. Very disappointed and growing more frustrated with Amazon that allows products on here that are a total scam. I remember when this country and companies had higher standard’s. Now everyone just wants to take your money for garbage products.

> 24 hourA great piece of safety equipment works great for grinding. I wore this while removing the old railings from out stairs, and then cutting some channel to size, and this mask is the best, protects your whole face not just your eyes, it allows you to get close to your work so you can see but still be protected. I did sent a hot spark over the mask and in to my hair so wearing something underneath and over your hair is recommended by me!

> 24 hourI learned the hard way that you should always use a face shield when grinding. And, if your safety glasses are scratched and foggy, it is time to get new ones. This face shield is big, but provides full face protection while ensuring your vision of your workspace and your hearing is not compromised. And, there is plenty of room under the hood for ear muffs if you are working in a loud environment. The face shield is ANSI CSS Z87+ complaint (which my employer requires) and provides an excellent field of view in to your workspace. The hood is comfortable and easy to wear. It is easily adjustable to fit your head comfortably. And, I was surprised just how affordable full face protection can be. I definitely recommend this. Protect your face and eyes!!!!!
