biOrb Service Kit

Id only ever bought my filters from Petsmart, and since I went to college and brought my fish tank with me, its easier and cheaper to buy it online. I was nervous that somehow it would be different from the kinds at Petsmart, but its exactly the same filter, cleaning cloth square, and tank chemicals.

I’ve changed my bio orb a thousand times, and the one time I ordered this single service kit, I noticed that the water conditioner was blue (not the normal clear it should be). The next day my sweet fishy died. Don’t order this product, janky water conditioner and filter, save your fish :( <3

I received this item and the packet for water had leaked out.

Im not sure what constitutes this as a Service Kit. This included a replacement filter for the biorb (which works great), two sample packets of water conditioner, and a tiny piece of material to rub algae off the sides of the tank. Good if you want a filter, but offers little else.

Its easy to use. Just follow instructions.

Our daughter has the baby biorb round fish tank. This service kit is easy to use and install. Just what we ordered.

killed neon tetras, purchased bigger tetras and african frogs killed those too!!!! Not happy! Use seachum prime!!!

I enjoyed this product UNTIL I decided to use the water conditioner. My fish were dead within hours. The water conditioner DOES NOT work! I wish I would have used my regular water conditioner, but it’s too late now. I am so upset with this product!

DO NOT USE THE WATER CONDITIONER OR BIOLOGICAL BOOSTER. I unfortunately didn’t read the reviews and almost immediately after using this my fish started acting weird. We did everything to save it, but it died within a week. It had no problems for the year before that and was very healthy. I don’t trust this company either, my attempts to contact them have been unsuccessful. If they weren’t the only ones who made a round tank that we like, I definitely would find a different company to purchase products from.

I haven’t used the liquids that comes with it, I Just replaced the filter and it Works fine and fits just Like the original filter that came with the aquarium.
