Bird Kabob 8-1/2-Inch Carnival Chewable Perch

I purchased this swing for my four parakeets. We have a very large cage but had reservations when the swing arrived for it too is quite large. At first glance, I thought Id return it due to it size, but I gave it a shot and the birds absolutely love this destroy toy. Biggest problem is, as they tear it apart, it makes a pretty big mess.

Its quite large, I tried placing it in the cage, but the bird freaked out. I remembered what my daughter had said about hanging new toys outside the cage first. After three days of hanging outside the cage, I placed the perch in the cage. It wasnt long before lovebird started shredding it. I havent seen her actually perch on the toy though.

I have 3 birds and they love it..only problem they fight over it..i will have to buy another..lol

It didnt take long for my Green Cheek to destroy this toy, but that is what you want in a bird toy. Ive bought this item multiple times as it seems like his favorite.

Another well-loved toy for my parrot. He never tires of shredding these to the point that they never last more than a day, but thats okay since it makes my Bogey so happy for that day.

It was bigger than I thought. Its pretty bulky and takes up a lot of space in my 24x24 cage but well see if my bird likes it. No plastic and is safe for the bird which is what I like most about it.

Great munching chew toy for my Yellow Naped Amazon! This is a repeat purchase for us. We buy this one about once a month for him. The colors seem to interest him more than just the single strand. It makes a mess. But we hang it over his cage, so he can be messy all he wants to! Whatever makes him happy! Most of you know what I mean! Great price, great product! My birds LOVE this. Next time I will buy two of them since I have 6 parakeets in a huge flight cage and I can put one on each side of the cage, that way they can all get in on the fun without fighting over it. Overall a good buy, Im obviously already thinking about buying two more.

My birds loved chewing on this....but... they just chewed through the perch swing part of it first, since that was something new for them. So since they ate through that first it just turned out to be a couple of connected coconut husk kabobs. Ha !
