Its great you can put bird treats on it its like a many highway for birds to move around cage they love it. Its very well made and sturdy my 3 parrots love it.

Just be aware our guy unscrewed these on several occasions so we had to carefully glue them down at the base. So far this has held up and he uses them multiple times throughout the day. Ended up putting these steps on the door to allow for movement to other surfaces and toys.

Most of the bird ladders I see have rungs that are too small in diameter for their feet. This makes ladder use inconvenient for them and probably uncomfortable too. Our cockatiel took to this ladder right away. He struggled to use the old ladders. This ladder quickly disassembles so I can easily clean the rungs - another advantage.

If you have a parent then you know that you can never have too many purchase so that you can change it up inside the cage. Also if you have a pair that is going to chew every perch, why not get something else for them to chew on. This hasnt been chewed yet its been used to sit on different levels of it. So I liked the design and decided to get it instead of manually put in different perches at stair step increments.

I bought this for my elderly pious. He loves to sit on the highest rung. The steps make it easier and safer for him to get up there since he is a little wobbly now.

Ill see them perch on one or two of the steps but they dont really climb as a ladder. I bought it to replace a corner perch that I used to have which is dowel material. I got this because I wanted to have a more natural feel for their feet which is better for them. I think your birds will like this product.

Purchased this for my Sun Conure and he absolutely loves it!!

We are using this in a rat cage diagonally on the side as a set of steps and it works great. Great size to fit in a Critter Nation and looks great too.
