> 3 dayWe have carpet that’s less than 2 years old but then we got a puppy. She loved peeing in our bedroom on the carpet. We finally got her potty trained but our bedrooms smelled like pee. My husband cleaned the carpet in less than an hour. The water was so gross but the floors were spotless! The drying feature of this carpet cleaning is amazing and the carpet was almost dry by the time he was done.

I’m old and it’s a little weighty but I can’t stop vacuuming and am amazed at how much hair and et al I pick up everyday. Thank you Bissel.

> 3 dayThis is the 2nd one we bought because I liked the first one but we got it December 19th and the motor on this one burned up just as fast as the first one we got.. So they only last about 6 months if you have a dog.. at least the first one did this one only lasted less then 3 months

> 3 dayI like the way this vacuum cleans up pet hair easily and thoroughly. It is lightweight, very easy to maneuver and a great cleaner. It will clean a large area rug in our living room that the Dyson could not handle. I like that you can see the canister and that it can be easily emptied. I do not like that you have to take the bottom assembly apart to replace the belt....that part is cumbersome and requires a lot of strength and is, in my opinion, a design flaw in an otherwise very good vacuum.
